Myles Hiller, the youngest of the Hiller kids, turns a whole year and celebrates in style by learning how to walk.
He will be going to school with Dennis Karlén’s latest set of twins, Lilian Karlén.
And her brother Luke Karlén.
Vanessa Savoyh has it all planned when it comes to giving birth – she known how she wants it to be, what she wants Vincent to do and how it will all unfold. Most of if never happens that way, but as she goes into labour in their living room, she feels very calm about it all.
25 hours and an epidural (which had not been part of the plan) later, they meet their daughter Charlotte for the first time.
Little Charlotte Savoyh will have Mireia Dalisay as her godmother, which Vincent considers a good thing. Every child should have a cop as a godmother. At least his children.
At first Juno is convinced she’s got the flu. It all fits: the exhaustion, the nausea, the weird urges to sleep, sleep, sleep.
But the second line on the display of the pregnancy test (that she takes on a whim, having a small hunch) tells a different story.
She is a careful person, one who makes plans. This is not part of hers. She makes an appointment to have an abortion, then she cancels the appointment. And calls again the following morning to make another one. That she cancels, too.
“Whatever you decide to do, it’s okay,” David assures her. “It’s going to be okay. You know that, don’t you?”
“I don’t know what I want to do.”
He wraps his arms around her. “Yeah, I think you do.”
“We’re in this together,” he continues and that, more than anything else, is what she wants to hear.
Kent Hansen and Emily Sasch have bought a new home together, eager to start a life together. The old house in the suburbs reminded them both too much of Kent’s previous marriage and they wanted to start over.
As Emily celebrates her 38th birthday in April and would like to have children, she is hoping to find herself pregnant sooner rather than later. They have been actively trying for a couple of months and her anxiety grows a little each day.
Martha was widowed almost exactly three years ago and has been reluctant to even think about dating ever again. Moe was the love of her life but as her kids and Theresa has been pointing out, life is long and sometimes you will have to make adjustments to your plans.
Theresa has been single all of her adult life, give or take a few flings. She has a son, Jonathan, who is eleven years old.
* So, Juno got accidentally knocked up during a party. Classy! 🙂
* Martha and Theresa ACR:d themselves into quite the couple, despite having only one single bolt. Theresa’s One Sim has been Michael Smith forever, and Martha will never be completely over Moe, so I kind of like that they’re moving on together.
